Accessibility

This site is built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA: keyboard navigable, screen-reader labelled, colour-contrast checked, and it respects a reduced-motion setting. If you hit a barrier here or anywhere in the ward, report it and it will be treated as a priority.

What we collect

When you report an issue we store what you wrote, where it is, and the contact details you chose to give. That is used to act on your report and to tell you what happened. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared with a party or a third party for marketing.

Email consent

We only add you to campaign email if you explicitly ask to be added. Every message has an unsubscribe link, and the date and wording of your consent is recorded, as Canadian anti-spam law requires.

Getting your data back, or deleted

Email the campaign and we will export or erase everything tied to your address. Reports may stay on file in anonymised form so the public record of what the ward raised stays accurate.
